Our lives are so busy that it can become easy to allow much of our children’s behavior - both good and bad - to pass by almost unnoticed. When it’s "inconvenient” for us to deal with poor behavior we often deliver overly harsh punishments to make it stop immediately. Conversely, when it’s “inconvenient” for us to reward good behavior, we often make quick promises that we don’t end up keeping. This talk will speak to the importance of us "saying what we mean and meaning what we say” as we train our children.
