A: We do offer discounts. Subscribe to our email newsletter to receive discounts, news, and information about new recordings. Click on the "Join Our Email List" button below to join our email list.
Q: How soon after a conference is finished will you upload the audio recordings?
A: We upload all recordings right after each individual session is finished. You can purchase a recording online and download it minutes after the session was finished. To purchase our most recent sessions, go to New Recordings.
Q: Can I sort the sessions by location?
A: Yes, use the drop-down menu at the top of the conference page and select the location to sort.
Q: How do I download a session that I just purchased?
A: To download an order that you just purchased:
1. Go to the online store page store.resoundingvoice.com. Click on the "My Account" or "Login" icon in the upper right corner. If you are not logged in, sign in with your email address and password.
2. Click on your order number. This will bring up your order information.
3. Below the session information box, click on the "My Downloadable Files" link. This will bring up a page with your downloadable file. Click on the red title that ends in .mp3.
4. Your browser will do one of two things.
1. Bring up a pop-up window and ask you where you want to save your file. Select a location to dave the file and click "Save"
2. Automatically save or start playing your session. If it starts playing go to the "File" tab and click "Save As" button. A window will them appear and ask where you want to save the file. Select a location and click "Save".

Q: When will you charge my credit card?
A: We process your credit card immediately, right after you purchase your item(s).
